How to get from Linz to Cesky Krumlov

There are several ways how to travel from Linz to Cesky Krumlov.

Prices of all three options are very similar and the biggest difference is the time it takes.

Train

To get from Linz to Cesky Krumlov by train, you need to take at least 2 trains:

• Linz - Ceske Budejovice
• Ceske Budejovice - Cesky Krumlov

In average it takes 3 hours and 30 minutes (plus the time needed for transportation from your hotel to train station and the other way around)

Combination of bus and train 

A little bit faster option is replacing the last slow train connection by a bus connection:

• train Linz - Ceske Budejovice (Kaplice)
• bus Ceske Budejovice (Kaplice-Nadrazi) - Cesky Krumlov

This journey takes 3 hours in average (plus the time needed for transportation from your hotel to train station and the other way around)

Door-to-door shuttle service
